Nine Dots Studios and publisher Deep Silver have joined forces to announce that RPG Outward will be coming to consoles and PC early in 2019, although at time of writing we have no confirmed release date set just yet.
In OUTWARD, you play an adventurer, traveller, and explorer. You will be vulnerable along the way, with a level playing field suggested in relation to all enemy characters. Featuring fantasy creatures, environments, you will use melee combat and magic to help deal with a harsh world and opponents. Outward is an open-world RPG which you can play alone or with a friend in split-screen cooperative play offering you the chance to build your way up to a proficient warrior or mage.
